GlamorousAmorous.com is the electronic trading name of Glamorous Amorous Ltd. By ordering from the web site you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

No contract will subsist between you and Glamorous Amorous Ltd for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until GlamorousAmorous.com accepts your order by e-mail confirmation.

For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and GlamorousAmorous.com irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

If you do not agree to these terms, you will not be able to purchase anything, so please review these terms carefully:

These terms and conditions ("Terms") explain your rights and obligations in relation to the Site located at www.GlamorousAmorous.com and and any goods purchased through the Site. Please read them carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms do not affect these. If there is anything you do not understand then please contact us.

Introduction

Buyer agrees to the Terms outlined in this Online Contract ("Contract") with respect to the goods, services and information provided by or through the Site. This Contract constitutes the entire and only agreement between the Company and Buyer, and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the goods, services and information provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Contract. Buyer agrees to review this Contract prior to purchasing anything and the purchase of a good or service shall be deemed acceptance of this Contract.

Setup and Payment

Buyer represents and warrants that (i) the credit card and all payment information supplied is true, correct and complete and (ii) charges incurred by the Buyer will be honoured by the Buyer's credit card company and (iii) Buyer shall pay charges incurred by Buyer at the amounts in effect at the time incurred, including all applicable taxes. Buyer shall be responsible for all charges incurred through use of Buyer's credit card password. Buyer agrees to keep his or her password confidential and to notify Company and credit card company within 24 hours of any breach of this Contract or unauthorised use of the password. Company does not protect Buyer from unauthorised use of Buyer's password.

Copyright

The content, organisation, gathering, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights, and, the copying, redistribution, use or publication by a Buyer of any such content or any part of the Site is prohibited. The content of the Site and copyright in the Site is owned by or licensed to us. You are permitted to view or print individual pages for your own personal use. Any other use must be with our prior written permission.

Content

All drawings, specifications, sizes, photographs, descriptive matter and advertising published by Company or contained on our Site are issued only for giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them and colours shown are intended as a guide only. They do not form part of the Terms.

Editing, Deleting and Modification

Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to edit or delete any information or content appearing on the Site and to remove any goods and services for sale. Upon notice published over the Service, Company may modify this Contract, or prices, and may discontinue or revise any or all aspects of the Site in its sole discretion and without prior notice. Modification of this Contract will be deemed effective upon publication on the Site with respect to transactions occurring after said date.

Right to refuse

Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse service at any time. Sale of any goods or services is subject to availability.

Indemnification

Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Company and its affiliates, licensors and suppliers harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable solicitor's fees, related to a Buyer's violation of this Contract or use of the Site.

Non-Transferable

Buyer's right to use the Service is not transferable and is subject to any limits established by Company or by Buyer's credit card company.

THE SERVICE, CONTENT, GOODS AND SERVICES FROM OR THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver goods to you as quickly as possible and your order will be sent either directly from the designer or from our head office as described within our Delivery Information page. If we are unable to deliver the goods within a reasonable time, due to reasons beyond our control, we will inform you, then if you wish, you may cancel the contract and we will refund any money paid by you. Please see additional information contained within our Delivery Information page which forms an additional part of these Terms.

Damaged or faulty goods

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for damage or faults. If you find a fault or damage you must tell us as soon as possible before wearing the item and refer to our Returns Information page, which forms an additional part of these Terms, for instructions on how to return an item.

Refund Policy

If a product purchased is faulty or not to Buyer’s satisfaction, Buyer can return the product in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, to the following address: Glamorous Amorous Returns, Londesborough House, 34-35 High Street, Lymington, Hants, SO41 9AF, UK. In such event, Company shall provide Buyer with a return authorisation code and refund to the original card holder for returned purchases from the Site (less shipping and handling charges incurred). We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, customs and excise delay, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

Acknowledgment

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and us regarding your relationship to Online and supersedes any prior statements or representations. • GlamorousAmorous.com reserves the right to refuse redemption of Voucher Codes that have not been issued by an authorised agent of GlamorousAmorous.com.
• Voucher Codes cannot be used with any other promotion.
• Voucher Codes are only valid for 30 days unless specified.
• Only one voucher code can be used per order.
• Each voucher code can only be used once unless specified.
• Voucher Codes are redeemable only against the value of goods purchased. They may not be redeemed against gift vouchers or additional services such as delivery charges or gift boxes.
• In the event of returns, refunds will be given for any amount paid above the value of the voucher in the original purchase.

Promotion Terms & Conditions

A promotion entitles you, at the time of ordering, to receive a saving on your next order with GlamorousAmorous.com.

• Promotions are only valid while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Promotions are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. Offer is not valid on sale items or other discounted items unless specified.
• Only one promotion can be used per order.
• In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for amount paid in the original purchase once the discount is applied, less any delivery, gift box costs charged on the original order.
• In the event of part of the order being returned, the value of the discount applied on that order will be spread between the goods proportionately. The sum exceeding this value, less any delivery, gift box costs charged on the original order, will be returned to the customer. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items, if the offer is still valid at the time of making a return - you will need to place a new order and use your original promotional code.
• In the event of part of the order being returned, the value of the promotion code will be deemed to be spread between the goods proportionately.
• The sum in funds exceeding this value, less any delivery, gift box costs charged on the original order, will be returned to the customer.
• In the event of any returns meaning that the order no longer qualifies for the promotion advertised, GlamorousAmorous.com reserves the right to deduct the value of the offer from the refund.
