General Dispatch

In stock items will be dispatched immediately by the designers or the Glam Am team, other garments will be sent as soon as they are made and become available.

If your garment is unavailable immediately the UK delivery timescale will be displayed once you enter your size request into the size box.

Overseas Orders may incur import duties:
Export only (outside EU) Value Added Tax: VAT is deducted from all export orders (currently saving approximately 20%). Please note that all shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

Returns Policy

Special Extended Christmas Returns Period: if you are buying for Christmas - rest assured as we are happy to extend your return period however we must receive email notification by 30th December that your gift needs to be returned. After this date unless it falls within our standard return period a return will not be possible.

We are sure you will be pleased with your order but if not, we'll exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact. For all lingerie returns please make your return within 14 days.

Please make sure that briefs and thongs etc. are tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we will refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done.

Simply email us on info@glamorousamorous.com, and one of our customer support team will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Code that will enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently. Returns address is below.

When Items cannot be returned:

  • Several designer's maintain personal return policies which state that exchanges can be arranged, however, products are non returnable/refundable unless faulty-so any size queries are welcomed. If this policy applies, it will be included within the product description.
  • Your order was especially made for you or was personalised specific to your needs - these cannot be accepted as a return, unless faulty.
  • Gift vouchers are non-returnable and can't be exchanged for cash.
  • Gift box charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, any replacements you've asked for will not be gift boxed, so if you received a gift box with the original order, you might want to retain it.
  • Postage/Shipping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned.

Return instructions

UK returns need to be received within 14 days
Four days should be allowed for postage, so, please make sure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt. You need to pay return postage. Proof of postage is essential for you to process claims – in case of loss. You should keep this proof until you receive your refund or replacement is received.

Overseas order returns need to be received within 21 days
Ten days should be allowed for postage, so please make sure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt. You need to pay return postage. We will only accept returns from overseas customers that are marked clearly as 'Returned goods' to avoid delays at customs or any import duty charges. 

Any customs charges and duties, or other taxes related to any returned item(s), are your responsibility and any charges result from your return not being clearly marked as 'Returned goods' we shall direct the courier to communicate with you accordingly.

We recommend you use an insured shipping method and retain your shipping information so that you can make a claim with the carrier in case of loss.

  • GlamorousAmorous.com will not accept responsibility for the loss of packages or products returned by you which have been mislabeled or lost.
  • Dispatched goods are not deemed as lost by Royal Mail until 15 working days have passed from date of dispatch for UK orders and 28 working days for overseas orders.
  • When sending your return parcel to GlamorousAmorous.com please ensure that all shipping/mailing costs are prepaid by you.

Refunds
A refund due will be credited back to the card used for the order.

An email confirmation will be sent once your refund has been processed. You may need to allow up to a further five working days for your bank to process the credit to your account.

Exchanges and Replacements

Clearly mark on the return form that you are requesting an exchange and please give us the exchange detail. If you've requested an exchange or replacement of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order.
