NEW SPRING COLLECTION COMING SOON. Previous collection has now sold out. East Village is a draws on the beauty of Eastern embellishments and textiles. Each piece is hand made using 100% silk, featuring hand-embroidered flowers, birds and butterflies. Our aim is to create pieces that are comfortable and luxurious, to be cherished for seasons to come.
Our loungewear is hand-made and produced on a small scale. We avoid large factories in favour of traditional production methods including traditional silk dying and hand-embroidery.
Our kimonos are deliciously-soft and the silk floats as you wear it. The chinoiserie-style embroidery is an art in itself. They’re beautiful not only as clothing, but also hung on the back of a door or draped over an antique screen.
We also design our loungewear to be versatile – the kimonos can also be worn over jeans as daywear if you need to pop out to the shops.
