Returns & Exchanges

Simply email us on info@glamorousamorous.com or call us on 0844 800 3318, and one of our customer support team will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Code that will enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently. Please obtain a Returns Authorisation Code before sending anything back to us or we will not be able to process your return. 

To take the uncertainty of getting the sizes right, glamorousamorous.com operates an easy (no quibble) return and replacement service to take care of sizing problems – a simple to follow procedure instruction is sent out with every order, assuring the recipient that should there be a sizing problem or a need to return something, we need notification and request the return of the garment within 14 days of receipt. We will send out exact replacement of the correct size (if in stock) or we will offer suitable alternatives.

We are sure you will be pleased with your order but if not, we are happy to refund or exchange items. For all lingerie returns please return the lingerie unworn with all labels intact within 14 days.

Any items within the sale are not part of any other promotional offer or subject to further discount from other promotions.

Return Instructions

When sending your return parcel to Glamorous Amorous Ltd please ensure that all shipping/mailing costs are prepaid by you. 

Any customs charges and duties, or other taxes related to any returned item(s), are your responsibility. 

Glamorous Amorous Ltd will insure your parcel if you obtain a free proof of postage certificate from the Post Office (this applies to UK customers only). 

Please be aware that post and packing is not refundable, dispatched goods are not deemed as lost by Royal Mail until 15 working days has passed from date of dispatch for UK orders and 28 working days for overseas orders.

Unfortunately Glamorous Amorous will not accept responsibility for the loss of packages or products sent back to us by a Customer that have been mislabelled or lost. 

Please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed before posting and please do not use courier companies to return parcels to us.
