Pat Conway and Angie Legge, formerly Design Director and Creative Director of a highly respected and established UK brand, both graduated from De Montfort University with BA Hons Degrees in Contour Fashion. With nearly forty years combined experience, they decided to follow their dreams and create their own label. After several months development from concept to manufacture, Kalyani was born in the Spring of 2004. The line is designed from the heart for every woman. The main concept is to make women feel good. Kalyani gives curvy girls the lingerie they never thought they would be able to buy in their size. Kalyani is unique in design and is a fabulous fit – up to a K cup. There is real empathy for the customer’s figure and the desire to feel special everyday.
