FREE UK Standard Delivery We will deliver nationwide within 3 working days at no extra cost. You may check the speed of despatch with our helpful customer services consultants on info@glamorousamorous.com Please note that during our Sale UK delivery can take up to 5-7 working days.

Delivery Addresses and your Address Book Orders may be delivered to business or residential addresses and you may add new addresses at your own convenience.

All Deliveries are signed for:
Delivery and parcel security is very important to us - we want you to receive your gorgeous order as soon as possible and to ensure delivery security we request a signature upon delivery. We are often asked to leave the parcel round the back of the house or in the porch etc however due to ensuring safe delivery of your order we are not able to do this. We hope you understand our decision - we would not want your precious order to be left unattended.

If UK Parcels are not signed for:
If parcels are not signed for or you are not available to sign for the delivery - a note will be left instructing you where you can collect your parcel from. If you do not collect it within 7 days the parcel will be returned to us. We will email you to let you know that this has happened; we will then re-post your parcel to you for a £2.00 delivery charge. The charge of £2.00 will be added to your account and we will notify you by email. We are happy to cover the costs of postage on your original dispatch however should we have to resend your parcel we need to cover this additional cost.

If Overseas Parcels are not signed for:
Should we receive a returned unsigned for parcel from an overseas order then we will re-send the parcel however the original postage fee will be charged to your account again.

Exchanges
UK exchanges - we will cover the postage costs for sending you your exchange item/s.
Overseas exchanges - we will cover the postage costs for sending you your exchange item/s

Overseas Orders
Export only (outside EU) Value Added Tax: VAT is deducted from all export orders (so currently saves you approximately 15%). All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes, and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Glamorous Amorous Ltd is not liable for any local import duties and taxes or Customs delays that may be imposed.

Track your order If you require information about the status of your order please contact us and a member of our team will be happy to help. We use a small number of carefully selected carriers, including Royal Mail and regional couriers, depending on the time, size and destination of your delivery.

Christmas If you are planning to treat someone or just indulge yourself to some glamorous designer lingerie for Christmas, please make sure you order it in plenty of time! To ensure your parcels arrive in time for Christmas we recommend you place orders for the UK by 20th December. Orders for Europe should be placed by 13th December and for the rest of the world by 10th December.
